My Lane Cove village life - Saturday morning

私のレインコーブビレッジライフ - 土曜日の朝

Today when I went to the village in the morning about 10am

there was a big band playing.

今日は朝10時にビレッジに行ったらバンド演奏がおこなわれていました。

Some families were having a picnic, some people listened to the band

while children just played ball games like soccer.

Everyone seemed to enjoy the Saturday morning.

バンド演奏を聞きながらピクニックを楽しんでいる家族,

ボールゲームを楽しいでいる子供たち、演奏に聞き入っている人、

みんなそれぞれ土曜日の朝を楽しんでいました。

Then we had brunch in a cafe then we went to

the new Lane Cove Library for about two hours.

久しぶりにカフェでブランチした後は新しくリニューアルした

レインコーブの図書館で2時間ほど時間を過ごしました。

I feel so lucky to be here.

Strange orange flowers

面白いオレンジ色の花

We saw these flowers in a park in Artarmon.

After we went home I found the name of these flowers.

They are called Kinphofia uvaria known as "Torch lily"

今日、面白い花をアーターモンの公園で見かけました。

帰宅して調べてみたら、

和名は赤熊百合（シャグマユリ）

英語名のトーチリリー(たいまつ百合)の方が覚えやすいですね。

Fishing in Manly

マンリーでの魚釣り

It is the long weekend from Today.

The rain stop finally today is nice Saturday.

Mr & Mrs X invited us for fishing we went to Manly.

今日から三連休です。

毎日降り続けた雨が上がり気持ちのいい土曜日です。

今日は、Mr X 夫妻からのお誘いでマンリーに釣りに出かけました。

It only takes 30 minutes by car from Lane Cove.

Ocean is nice!!

家からほんの車で30分の所です。

やっぱり海はいいですね！！

Good!! Snapper but too small we have to return then to the ocean.

やった！鯛　　でも小さすぎるので海に返さなくてはいけません。

We fished lot of small fish...

Today we got two leather jacket and two trevally.

小魚はちょこちょこ釣れるのですが。。

今日の収穫は、カワハギ2匹,　鯵2匹でした。

Time to go home.

After we were invited Mr and Mrs X's house for dinner and
he cooked all fish we got today.
It was nice.

この後Mr ＆Mrs Xの家に招待されてお魚を刺身と煮付けにして

頂いて美味しく頂きました。
