Refreshing morning

爽やかな朝

Recently it has been raining every day, like the rainy season in Japan but this morning for a short while the sun came out and showed it's face.

毎日梅雨のように雨が続いていますが、

今朝ちょっとだけお日様が顔を出してくてました。

Bush walk 08/05/2010

ブッシュウォーク　２０１０年５月８日

We went to for a bush walk in a place it take 20minute walk from our house.

家から歩いて２０分の所にあるブッシュウォークに行ってきました。

It takes 7-8minute walk through the bush and then you come to the field.
ここから７－８分ブッシュに入って行ったらフィールドにでます。

After you pass through the field you come to Lane Cove river,

then you can enjoy another bush walk along the river.

フイールドを抜けて川まで下りて行くと,

川沿いにまたブッシュウォークが楽しめます。

This area has many mangroves.

この辺りはマングローブになっています。

It looked like very long bush walk so we went back.

かなり長いブッシュウォークなので戻ることにしました。

Lunchtime

ランチタイム

I made a lunch using leftovers from nabe.

一昨日の残り物で薄切りポークをカリカリになるまで

炒めてランチにしました。

Simple pork hot pot

シンプル豚鍋

This is the best thing on a cold day.

寒い日はこれが一番です。

Today's dinner was Japanese hot pot.

I made miso base hot pot with sliced pork,bok choy,enoki mushroom.

I often use a lemon juice with and soy sauce dip for some variety.

今日の夕食は、味噌ベースで薄切り豚肉、チンゲン菜、

エノキだけの鍋にしてみました。

味に飽きたら私は、豚肉はレモン汁とお醤油でいただきます。

Last one is a rice dish using the left-over hotpot soup with egg and rice.

最後は雑炊で

Till BBQ cooked.... watching stars

バーベキューが焼けるまで。。。

星でも眺めておこう。

It's becoming slightly colder every day.

Today after the rain we went out to practice with our new camera.

毎日少しずつ寒くなってきてます。

今日は雨上がりに外に出て新しいカメラで写真の練習をしてみました。
