Test test - Onion sprout

試食ー玉ねぎの芽

It has been about 6 weeks since the first bud appeared.

It is growing well in the kitchen.

芽が出始めて約1ヶ月半

キッチンでこんなに育ちました。

I made fries eggs with onion sprouts mixed with soy sauce and cheese.

It is true, they are edible.

It has a mild taste a bit between a leek and onion but it is not too strong.

玉ねぎの芽入り玉子焼きを作ってみました。

ほんとに食べられるのですね。

ネギと玉ねぎの間のあまり癖がないマイルドな味でした。

I have enjoyed looking it everyday,

it was not a bad idea not to throw it away.

毎日大きくなるのを見てるのも楽しかったし、

芽が出たら捨てずにこんな方法でもいいと思いますよ。
