My girl frends and I gather every month or so for a "ladies night" and have a good time with nice food. Sometimes we go to a restaurant or to one of our homes. Last night we met at Tomoko's house and had:
"Japanese Kushiage"
女どうし,１－２ヶ月に一回集まって美味しいものを食べながら、楽しんでいます。
Look! So many different vegies and fish and meat.
Take one and stick it and dip with Tomoko's special batter and then into the oil.
それぞれ、好きなものを串に刺してとも子さんの特製衣をつけて揚げます。
"Crispy" I had most of the food with Himalayan rock salt.
かっらと揚がってます。私は殆ど、レモンとヒマラヤの塩で頂きました。
It was so delicious and I wanted Ni-chan to have it too.
