初めての自家製ビール　2009年12月27日

We did it!

For three weeks we waited, worrying about the temperature.

この3週間、気温を気にしながら、やっと出来上がりました。

We prepared four kinds of beer glasses,

because Japanese beer glasses makes beer extra bubbly but still smooth.

きめの細かい泡になる日本製の陶器のビアグラスも用意して

4種類のビアグラスでお試し

We had the beer with leftovers from Christmas

クリスマスの残りものをおつまみにして

"Cheers"

乾杯！！

So how was the taste?

味のほうは?

Perfect!!!

パーフェクト！！

It was much more delicious than I had expected.

思っていたより美味しく出来てびっくりしています。

Today we were invited to Ami and Reiner's house for a Christmas party.

We had a good time with them and daughters' family together.

From today Australia go on four days Christmas holiday.

Yesterday I finished work in the morning went to food shopping, everywhere was so busy.

Like a Japanese New Years Eve.

今日から4日間オーストラリアはクリスマス休暇に入ります。

昨日は、仕事を半日で終えて食料品の買物に出かけました、

どこもすごく込んでいました。

ちょうど日本の大晦日のような雰囲気です。

Today I met Kumi whom I hadn't seen for a long time

and we went to two markets together.

Again, we went to Glebe market which is my favorite market.

今日は、久しぶりに久美さんに会って、一緒に2つのマーケットに行ってきました。

またまたお気に入りのグリーブマーケット。

This ship was built in my home town, Nagasaki Japan.
