Part 3

夕方、この木のかなり高いところから雛の鳴き声が聞こえてきました。

肉眼では殆ど見えないので望遠レンズに替えてみると

Late afternoon ,I heard baby bird calling from high place of this tree.

I could'nt see the baby so  by the naked eye so I change into a long lens.

ガラー（モモイロインコ）の親鳥が雛に餌を与えてるところでした。

A parent galah was feeding a baby bird.

下の枝に雛が見えます。

もっとズームでみると

わー！！

I can see the baby on the under the branch.

More zoom up.

Ooh!

モモイロインコの赤ちゃん、

可愛い？？のか何か分かりませんが、むくむくしてます。

初めて見ました！

Part 2

土曜日の午後はジェロアから車で20分くらいのカヤマと言う町に行きました。
英語ではKiamaと綴るのですがカヤマと発音します。
アボリジニの名前だそうです。

Saturday afternoon, we went to Kiama which is about 20minutes by car from Gerroa.

Kiama Harbour

新鮮なシーフードが手に入る地元の魚屋さんです。

ここで、夕食のバーベキューにするシーフードを買いました。

We bought seafood for our BBQ dinner from the local fish market.

The seafood is very fresh.

ペリカン、久しぶりに見ました！

I has been a long time since I've seen pelicans.

こっちは外海の方です。

This is the ocean outside the harbour.

メインストリートの方に歩いて行っています。

Going to the main street of Kiama.

1878年に建てられた郵便局

This is the post office that was built in 1878.

わー、家の塀にに良い感じにペイントされているっと思って表に回ったら。。

Wow, I thought - what a nice painting on the house. Then I went around to the front....

昔の消防署で今はギャラリーになっています。

It is the old fire station, now used as an art gallery.

地元のカメラクラブの写真展が開催されてましたので、

ちょっと私もおじゃましてみました。

いつか私もこんなに撮れたらいいなって思う素敵な写真が沢山ありました。

There is a photo exhibition held by local camera club and we had a look.

Lots of beautiful photos - Someday I hope I can take such great photos.

帰りは途中、車を止めてマウントプレゼントの展望台より

居間から見た赤い月/Blood-red moon in my window

昨夜は月が欠けて始めた午後11時45分から、

今朝の午前2時半ごろまで皆既月食を見ていました。

シドニーは満月に戻るのが午前3時18分でそれまでは起きていられませんでしたが、

ラッキーなことに家の居間から見ることができました！！

Last night from my lounge room I watched the lunar eclipse from 11:45 till around 2:30.

The moon went back to being a normal full moon at 3:18am

but I couldn't stay awake that long.

これは家の居間から見た１時43分頃の月です。

This is the Blood-red moon from our window at 1:43AM

こっちの写真の方が色が近いですが、ちょっとぶれてます。

This photo is bit blurry  but close to the actual colour.

夜空の写真はとても難しいです。

もっと勉強しなければ。

It is hard to take photos of the sky at night - I must study.

ホリデーハウスの庭/Holiday house garden

Part 1

金曜日の夜からジョンとウェインとサウスコースのホリデーハウスに行きました。

にーちゃんは今回は仕事の為来れませんでした。

I went to Gerroa on Friday night with John and Wayne where they have a holiday house.

Ni-chan was working this weekend so he couldn't come.

一夜明けて、気温は低かったのですが天気になりました。

It was a bit cold, but fine weather on Saturday.

8:40AM

もちろんウェインの愛犬シェークスピアも一緒です。 

Of course, Wayne's dog Shakespeare came down too.

ジョンが20年ぐらい前に植えたプラントです。かなり大きくなりました。

このホリデーハウスには何回も来たことがあるのですが

このピンクの花が咲いているのを見たのは初めてです。

珍しい！

This plant John planted around 20 years ago.

It has grown big.

Since then, I came many times to this holiday house but

It is the first time that I saw this pink flower blooms.

Lucky to see it!

裏庭のロックガーデン

こちらもいい雰囲気で落ち着きます。

This is the garden at the back of the house; it is such a nice rock garden!

I feel very relaxed..

ここにもアガパンサスが咲いていました。

シドニーでは今どこに行ってもこの花が見れます。

Here are more Agapanthus flowers blooming.

Now you can see everywhere in Sydney.

毎回来る度に季節の花が咲いているお洒落なガーデンです。

この日は、ここでしばらく読書を楽しみました。

Every time when I came here there are some seasonable flowers.

I enjoyed sitting in the garden reading a book.

無心刀道の見学/Mushintodo at a garden

一昨日は、にーちゃんの無心刀道の稽古を見学に行きました。

今回は、アーターモンの道場が使えなかったので、

私の友達の家の広い庭を借りて稽古することになりました。

The day before yesterday I went to see Ni-chan's Mushintodo.

They couldn't use the hall they usually use so I hired my friends large garden for them.

何十枚も撮影した写真から私が好きな写真をセレクトしてみました。

「後ろ姿」特集です。

I took many photos then selected the ones I like.
 The best shots seemed to be the ones from behind them so here is a

"Back Seen Special Feature."

広い芝生の庭の片隅にあるブーゲンビリアが鮮やかでした。

The bougainvillaea in the corner of the garden  was beautiful and bright.

特別なレモン/Special lemons

10月の初めに友達のジョンにお庭からもぎたてのレモンを沢山頂きました。

このレモン、普通の3－4倍の大きさで形もちょっといびつなのですが、味は1級品でした。

I've got a lots of fresh lemon from John from his garden  at the beginning of October.

They are 3-4times bigger than normal lemons

and not a good shape but they taste very good.

今日最後の1つを頂きました。

ご馳走様でした！！

Today we had the last one.

It was good!

レインコーブのアガバンサス/Agapanthus in Lane Cove

毎年、ジャカランダの花が散る頃、

アガバンサスの花が開花し始めます。

昨日の買い物の行き帰りで。

Every year at this time, jacaranda flowers fall, Agapanthus flowers bloom...

Yesterday, on the way to shopping and then back home...

こちらは、紫と白のアガパンサス。

Here are purple and white coloured Agapanthus.
